| CHINA CSR MAP Project Launched! |
 China CSR Map is an initiative which aims to promote CSR in China through the open sharing of the information. The initiative was spurred by the realization that although there is considerable discussion and activities around CSR in China, it is often difficult to find concrete information on which organizations are undertaking what activities. | China CSR Map Database |
 In late 2005, the China CSR Map Team started a country-wide research survey of CSR organizations and their activities across China. The aim of the activity was to collect information on the various CSR stakeholders with activities in China and create an freely-accessible, user-friendly repository for such information. The result of this is the launch of the China CSR Map Database, which provides information on Chinese and international organizations from government, private, academic, media and civil society sectors.

| 100 CSR Organizations in China |
 Following the launch of the database, the China CSR Map Team will publish a bilingual hardcopy publication entitled Ħ°100 CSR Organizations in ChinaĦħ. The book will introduce organizations with good examples of CSR activities and also feature in-depth analysis of current CSR issues in China.

| Essay Competition: CSR in China |
 To foster awareness of CSR issues in China, the China CSR Map Team organized a nation-wide essay competition on the topic Ħ°CSR in ChinaĦħ. Students, teachers, as well as practitioners, interested in CSR issues were invited to submit an essay, in English or Chinese, outlining why she/he felt that CSR is an important topic in contemporary China....more
